Our Why
The most important factor in student achievement is YOU-the teacher.
Unique to the field of education, new teachers enter the profession with the same expectations as veteran teachers. Research indicates that new teachers need support in order to grow, succeed, and THRIVE. Many schools provide new teachers with mentors, but evidence shows that there are still many gaps in the support that teachers need.
THRIVE's supports help develop effective educators who are willing to grow, continuously focus on student achievement, and are engaged in the school community. THRIVE focuses on developing the whole educator through a sustained partnership that is cost-effective, personal, flexible, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Monthly Live Support
THRIVE strives to address issues and events in a timely manner. No matter where or what you are teaching, similar questions and issues will arise within your first year of teaching. THRIVE's Nationally Board Certified Staff will host bi-monthly virtual sessions to address a variety of timely topics.
Cohort Connections
THRIVE provides all members with a 24/7 accessible platform to connect and collaborate with peers. The goal of these cohorts is to provide new teachers a risk-free space to ask open-ended questions, give/receive advice, and network with other new teachers throughout the country. THRIVE will intentionally create cohorts of teachers who are in similar situations (grade level, content, rural/urban, etc.). Research indicates that new teachers found significant support and growth from other early career educators and THRIVE desires to see all educators grow as quickly as possible.
